Richard Hughes
Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1977, and acquired
the firm in 1987.
He specializes in Estate Administration, Wills, Property,
Business and Agricultural matters .
He is a Member of the Law Society’s Agricultural Law
Association and the Law Society’s Probate Section, as
well as being a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly. |

Stephen Thomas
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1981.
He joined us in 2001, specialising in Wills, Probate and
Administration of Estates, inheritance tax planning, and residential
and commercial conveyancing. |

Janet Hawley
Janet qualified as a solicitor in 2002 but has been
with us since 1999.
Janet specialises in family, civil litigation and employment
work. Janet is a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors
Family Law Association). |

Kellie Lewis
Kellie is our trainee Legal Executive.
She joined the firm in 1997 and assists Richard Hughes with
residential conveyancing matters. |

Catharine Phillips
Catharine is our Accounts and Quality Manager.
Catharine joined us in 1990 and is responsible for our accounts
department, and also ensuring everyone’s compliance
with Quality procedures. |

Vickie Pearson
Vickie is our Receptionist/Legal Secretary.
She is the first point of contact for Clients in person and
on the telephone |
